The Opportunity
We are looking for an Expert Process Analyst to join our Banking Transformation team. In this role, you will ensure the operational efficiency of business processes, delivering an exceptional experience for customers and employees while minimizing operational risks and optimizing costs. You will be at the forefront of enhancing end-to-end processes, collaborating with multidisciplinary squads to create impactful and sustainable improvements.
Roles & Responsibilities
Process Ownership and Strategy
- Manage one or multiple processes within the Product/Customer Journey of the assigned squad.
- Contribute to the tribe’s end-to-end business process strategy, ensuring cost optimization and leveraging automation and industrialization.
Process Design and Optimization
- Redesign and enhance processes in collaboration with the NPS (Net Promoter Score) team to improve customer journeys.
- Analyze operational risks associated with processes, with support from the Operational Permanent Control (OPC) team.
- Monitor performance metrics (e.g., NPS, NPE, incident counts) to identify and implement improvements.
Documentation and Communication
- Maintain and update process documentation, ensuring alignment across all contributors.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration by providing actionable process insights.
Operational Excellence and Testing
- Oversee end-to-end testing of processes in partnership with stakeholders, including Operations, Risk, and IT teams.
- Orchestrate incident management processes, ensuring timely resolutions and follow-up on corrective actions.
Agile Collaboration and Change Management
- Actively participate in squad ceremonies, promoting Agile values and principles.
- Support teams impacted by process changes, fostering alignment and adoption of improvements.
Profile:
Experience & Skills
- Strong technical writing skills with expertise in process modelling techniques and methods.
- Hands-on experience with process modelling tools such as Visio and Aris for creating flowcharts and visual process documentation.
- Proficient in Lean Management principles for process optimization.
- Solid understanding of compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements.
- Expertise in performance analysis to identify and implement improvements.
- Strong knowledge of business organization, operations, and IT relationships.
- Skilled in applying a customer journey approach to align processes with customer expectations and experiences.
Languages
- Fluency in English and either Dutch or French, with at least passive knowledge of the other language.
