The Opportunity

NORRIQ is seeking a Senior/Medior Transformation Consultant focused on Invest / Wealth & Asset Management. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in regulatory topics, digital transformation, and investment product management, enabling them to contribute both client-side and internally to NORRIQ’s strategic initiatives.

Roles & Responsibilities

Client-Side

Work within cross-functional teams in Agile environments to deliver strategic projects in the Wealth & Asset Management domain. Example projects include:

• Launching and managing investment products, such as Robo-advisors.

• Creation of an execution only platform

• Digitizing customer flows to enhance user experience and streamline operations.

• Engage stakeholders to gather and analyse business needs, translating them into detailed business requirements and functional specifications.

• Perform gap analyses to identify areas for improvement in existing processes and systems to ensure alignment with regulatory compliance (e.g. MiFID-II).

Internally

• Contribute to NORRIQ’s growing expertise in Wealth & Asset Management by conducting market research, developing proposals, and supporting business development activities.

• Play a proactive role in knowledge sharing, supporting internal training and coaching sessions to foster continuous learning.

Profile

• Experience: 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the domain of Wealth & Asset Management (or a similar domain).

• Technical Skills: Proficient in business analysis with a track record of turning complex concepts into actionable requirements.

· Industry Expertise:

• Digital transformation and/or

• Investment product management and/or;

• Regulatory frameworks (e.g. MiFID-II, ESG).

• Project Management / Agile: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management within cross-functional teams.

• Languages: English and Dutch or French, with at least a passive knowledge of the other language.

• Soft Skills: Strong communicator with an analytical approach, proactive mindset, team spirit, and adaptability. Skilled in time management and fostering collaboration.

The AI-Augmented Consultant

• Uses AI assistants like Claude, ChatGPT, and Copilot daily for research, drafting, and prototyping.

• Has a deep interest in agentic AI : how agents plan, reason, use tools, and collaborate with humans.

• Is curious about GenAI in regulated industries: RAG, evaluation, guardrails, and the EU AI Act.

• Wants to actively shape how AI agents are embedded into insurance workflows.
