You don’t need to be an expert yet – what matters is your drive to support customers, digitalise processes, and optimise performance. Your role
You’ll analyse issues and develop smart technical solutions.
Working closely with colleagues in our Care Unit, you’ll help fix bugs, propose improvements, and make sure our customers can use their CRM applications productively.
You’ll also contribute to smaller projects and optimisations to ensure the CRM platform becomes ever more efficient.
What makes you a strong team player?
- Experience and/or knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, including:
- Basic adjustments in Dynamics 365 CE / Dataverse at table and field level
- Plugins: development, issue investigation, troubleshooting (C#, using Dynamics SDK)
- Typescript: simple logic to show/hide fields, set mandatory fields, set default values, etc.
- Azure Functions: building functions and durable functions that connect with Dynamics 365 CE and often integrate with third-party SDKs (e.g. via REST)
- Standalone applications: logic connecting with Dynamics 365 CE and external SDKs (e.g. via REST)
- Azure DevOps: writing/adjusting YAML pipelines to build and deploy functionalities
- PCF controls (client-side React-based technology): creating new controls and adapting existing ones
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree, or equivalent experience
- Fluency in Dutch and English; French is an advantage
