Your impact at NORRIQ
Are you ready to keep our clients and their ERP systems running at their best? At NORRIQ, we’re looking for an ERP Technical Analyst with a solid first experience and the ambition to grow. You don’t need to be an expert yet – what matters is your drive to support customers, digitalise processes, and optimise performance. With your customer-focused mindset and problem-solving approach, you’ll truly make a difference.
Your role
As an ERP Technical Analyst, you’ll analyse issues and develop smart technical solutions.
Working closely with colleagues in our Customer Care Unit, you’ll help fix bugs, propose improvements, and make sure our customers can use their ERP applications productively.
You’ll also contribute to smaller projects and optimisations to ensure the ERP platform becomes ever more efficient.
What makes you a strong team player?
- You have experience in Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Dynamics 365 Business Central, more specifically:
- Basic adjustments: small modifications in tables, fields, pages, and reports via standard functionality (in the client), configuring profiles, role centers, action buttons, and layout changes
- User management & security: setting up and troubleshooting roles, permissions, and users (including Azure AD for BC SaaS)
- Integration & troubleshooting: activating and testing standard web services (OData, SOAP, API), basic troubleshooting, checking connections with external systems (e.g., verifying REST endpoints, credentials)
- Extensions management: installing, upgrading, and (de)activating extensions, reviewing upgrade logs for error messages
- Monitoring & logs: analyzing log files, telemetry (Application Insights), or error messages
- Basic Power Platform knowledge: understanding and adjusting simple Power Automate flows for integrations
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree, or equivalent experience
- Fluency in Dutch and English; French is an advantage
