NORRIQ Financial Services helps banks reimagine tax and finance operating models to address evolving regulation, technology and talent demands. For NORRIQ Financial Services, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. As a recruiter, your role will include the following responsibilities:

• Your primary task is to actively source talented IT- and business experts that fit our evolving needs and our culture. You build and maintain a dynamic network and pipeline of potential colleagues, using all possible channels, including social media, networking events and universities.
• You are responsible for attracting the right candidates for key positions in our different teams, implementing programs to screen candidates, assessing their CVs, and matching them with the vacancies available. You organize alignment with management on the recruitment needs and discuss candidates. You conduct initial interviews with candidates that match the position.
• You draft excellent, attracting job applications. You inspire and energize potential candidates and convince them of the key differentiators of NORRIQ as an employer.
• You manage the progress on assigned job vacancies and communicate and provide regular feedback about the performance of the recruitment process.
• You create and coordinate a solid talent acquisition and employer branding strategy to ensure an excellent candidate experience and a robust and efficient recruitment and selection process.
• You are part of the HR Team and participate in creating and supporting our splendid NORRIQ employee journey.

You have strong knowledge of different attraction methods; you are a confident user of LinkedIn and similar platforms. You are a great networker and have already built a strong network of senior consultants.
• You are a splendid communicator and negotiator. You have excellent interview skills, you can tell our story in an inspiring, enthusiastic, and engaging way.
• You’re a knowledgeable professional ready to take ownership for our internal clients hiring needs
• You’ll need to be naturally curious, ready to learn and have a genuine passion for finding the right people for the right roles
• You are ambitious to support and grow our business and eager to work in an international environment where there is plenty of room for your own ideas and initiative. You like to work for a company that works as hard for you as you do for them: Teamwork makes the dream work!
• You preferably have a master’s degree or equivalent through experience.
• You can rely on at first experience and look back at a successful track record of working within a recruitment role either within an agency or internally.
• You speak Dutch, English and French.
