Role Description
NORRIQ is looking for an ambitious Marketing Coordinator who will be responsible for executing the marketing strategy, delivering campaigns and events, and developing and coordinating marketing initiatives that contribute to the company's growth and visibility.
You have a strong eye for visual communication, you effortlessly translate ideas into attractive, on-brand content for social media, presentations, the website, and events. You don't wait for tasks to be assigned to you, but instead spot opportunities, take initiative, and proactively develop solutions. Thanks to your strong communication skills, you know how to convey NORRIQ's story clearly and convincingly, both internally and externally.
Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Campaigns
Set up and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (online and offline)
Segment and nurture leads through marketing automation, using internal tools (Microsoft Dynamics and add-ons)
Gather content and translate it into targeted campaigns and actions
SEO/SEA optimization and online advertising (LinkedIn, Google, etc.)
Email & Marketing Automation
Design and manage automated marketing workflows so that clients and prospects receive relevant, personalized campaigns
Set up targeted email sequences to support lead nurturing and guide potential customers through the sales funnel
Evaluate performance and implement continuous improvements
Social Media
Develop and implement a social media strategy that grows our online presence and builds engagement with our followers
Manage our presence on relevant platforms, creating visually strong, dynamic content and actively engaging with followers
Independently respond to current events and trends, proactively proposing related content and actions
Content Marketing
Develop and manage content calendars
Create or coordinate strong content: blog posts, whitepapers, customer stories, videos, and visual content such as graphic design for social media and presentations
Translate complex software concepts into clear, compelling benefits for specific industries, both in text and visuals
Events & Partnerships
Organize (online and in-person) events, webinars, and trade shows
Collaborate with strategic partners or industry organizations on co-marketing
Analysis & Reporting
Analyze campaign performance and marketing ROI using internal tools (Microsoft Dynamics and add-ons)
Report to management and proactively adjust course where needed
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
Additional courses or certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Microsoft, Google Ads, HubSpot, SEO/SEA) or graphic design are a plus
Knowledge of the financial services, technology or B2B sector is an advantage
Experience, Expertise & Skills
3–5 years of experience in marketing
Ambitious, proactive, and takes initiative readily
Analytical and results-driven, with a hands-on mindset
Very strong graphic and creative skills: you effortlessly deliver beautiful, on-brand content for social media, presentations, the website, and demos
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, toward colleagues, management, and clients
Knowledge of marketing strategies and channels (online and offline)
Experience with social media, email marketing, and content creation
Understanding of marketing tools such as CRM systems, marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), and analytics (e.g., Google Analytics)
Experience with other tools such as Umbraco, ActiveCampaign, Adobe, social media, or BI is a plus
Ability to coordinate independently and collaborate with sales and consultants
Analytical thinking and attention to detail
