In our NORRIQ Talent Academy (starting September 2026), you will discover how manufacturing companies organize their processes and how you can help optimize them with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. During the academy, we prepare you step by step for real projects. You will participate in workshops, receive hands-on training, be coached by experienced colleagues, and work towards an official Microsoft certification.

Where will you make an impact?

• You engage with clients in a manufacturing or logistics environment and map their processes, from inventory management and planning to bill of materials, production orders, and quality controls.

• You analyze processes and needs, and translate them into a clear solution within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

• You configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to align with the client’s operations, including production flows, planning, and integrations with warehouse or logistics systems where required.

• You support data migrations from existing systems and ensure the quality of data such as item structures, inventory, bill of materials, and open orders.

• You work closely with the development and project teams to design effective solutions.

• You help configure the solution and support testing activities, ensuring everything functions correctly, meets the client’s expectations, and is ready for Go-Live.

• You deliver training sessions and workshops to key- and end-users so they can confidently work with the system independently.

Are you the NORRIQ Star we’re looking for?

• You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in an economic field (Business Management with a focus on Supply Chain, Commercial Engineering, Applied Economic Sciences, or Business Economics). If you are in your final year, you are also eligible to apply.

• You have initial work experience or a relevant internship in areas such as consultancy, manufacturing, supply chain, or logistics.

• You want to deepen your expertise in ERP and digitalization and see yourself doing this within a consultancy environment.

• You are interested in how processes connect end-to-end (planning, production, warehouse, procurement, sales).

• You communicate clearly, work in a structured way, and enjoy taking responsibility.

• You speak Dutch and have a professional level of English. Knowledge of French is a plus.

• Affinity with ERP systems (such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or another ERP system) is a plus, but not required.
