NORRIQ Talent Academy 2026
At NORRIQ, we help companies digitize their business processes by building solutions on the Microsoft platform. To strengthen our development team, we are launching a new edition of our Talent Academy, where we train motivated developers to become Software Developers specialized in Microsoft technologies.
During the academy, you will learn how modern business applications are designed and built using technologies such as Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, AI and Dataverse. You will receive technical training from our own senior developers and IT experts who work with these technologies every day in real customer projects. They will share their experience, insights and best practices so that you can quickly grow into a confident developer.
The academy is highly hands-on: you will work with practical cases, build applications yourself and discover step by step how professional software development works in real-life projects.
It will be technical, intensive and challenging — but you will never be on your own. Our senior developers actively coach you and are always happy to share their knowledge. Knowledge sharing is part of our DNA.
During the program you will work with technologies such as:
C# and .NET for backend development
JavaScript and TypeScript for application logic
Microsoft Dynamics 365 as an application platform
Power Platform and Dataverse for building business applications
AI and Microsoft Copilot to make applications smarter
You will learn how these technologies work together to create powerful solutions for our customers.
Are you the NORRIQ Star we're looking for?
Bachelor’s degree in Applied Computer Science – Software Development (or similar)
Or 1–2 years of experience as a .NET developer
Knowledge of C# / .NET
Experience with JavaScript or TypeScript
Interest in cloud technologies, the Microsoft platform and AI
Experience with Azure Functions or Azure Service Bus is a plus
You are fluent in Dutch and English
