At NORRIQ, we believe in the power of the Microsoft Platform. That’s why we’re looking for a Functional Product Owner who can bridge the gap between business and IT, taking ownership of the continued evolution of our Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.

In this role, you’ll work closely with a dedicated team of developers, architects, and project managers. You’ll translate business needs into clear user stories, safeguard the functional scope, and actively contribute to prioritisation and testing. Thanks to your insights and decisions, the team can stay focused on delivering solutions that bring genuine value to our clients.

Your mission & responsibilities

• Take ownership of the functional scope of the Dynamics 365 / PowerApps environment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to set priorities and keep the product backlog up to date.
• Translate business requirements into clear and workable user stories, providing clarification where needed.
• Carry out functional testing independently and ensure the quality of delivered solutions.
• Work closely with developers, the solution architect, and project management to move smoothly from idea to solution.
• Monitor the product’s evolution and proactively think along about improvements and new opportunities.

Who are you?

The ideal Functional Product Owner combines functional knowledge, analytical thinking, and strong people skills:

Education & experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent through experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE) and/or the Power Platform (PowerApps, Model-Driven Apps, Dataverse).
• A background as a functional analyst, consultant, or product owner is a strong plus.

Skills & competencies

• Able to translate complex needs into clear requirements and user stories.
• Strong eye for quality and thorough in testing.
• Skilled at setting priorities and making decisions in line with the product roadmap.
• Comfortable communicating with both business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Proactive, independent, and willing to take ownership of your responsibilities.

Languages

• Fluent in Dutch and English; basic French is a plus.
