Process Expert - Operational Control Transformation

About the Role:
NORRIQ Financial Services is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Process Expert to join our team. One of our client is currently undergoing a significant transformation program aimed at optimizing its operational controlling activities and organization. A key part of this transformation is related to data & tooling, focused on establishing a high-performing and sustainable technological ecosystem.
As a Process Expert, you will play a crucial role in supporting this track by optimizing the control execution process, with a specific focus on the workflow tools that underpin these processes. You will work closely with the Track Lead, leveraging your expertise in process analysis, modelling, and optimization to drive efficiency and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and analyze existing business models using various process modelling techniques and methods.
- Manage end-to-end process descriptions, covering both "AS IS" and "TO BE" states.
- Review and update existing process documentation to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Document comprehensive Business Requirements and Functionalities for new solutions.
- Propose intelligent process strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Contribute to the ongoing development and implementation of process governance.
- Identify opportunities for leveraging Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence and robotics to upgrade existing control execution tools.
What We're Looking For:
Education & Experience:
- Master's degree.
- Proven track record in process analysis and critical review.
- Excellent experience in process modelling using tools like Visio or PowerPoint.
- Strong technical writing skills and expert knowledge of process modelling techniques and methods.
- Demonstrated experience in process optimization.
- Experience in identifying Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) use cases for process improvement.
- Experience within the banking sector.
Technical Skills:
- Strong ability to translate observations, challenges, and technical or process-related concepts into clear and concise slide decks for stakeholder communication.
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills, with a diplomatic and customer-oriented approach.
- Highly structured approach to work.
- Ability to work independently with accuracy and precision.
- Quality-minded with a keen eye for detail.
- Goal-oriented.
Languages:
- Strong written and spoken communication skills in English, French or Dutch, with at least a passive knowledge of the other language (French or Dutch).
