Where you make an impact

• You help customers better understand their data and translate numbers into clear, actionable insights.

• You learn about business processes and think along about how reporting and data can strengthen those processes.

• You translate business questions into clear reports and dashboards in Power BI (with guidance from colleagues).

• You work together with business stakeholders and technical colleagues and gradually grow into your role as the bridge between both worlds.

• You support the gathering and structuring of requirements (workshops, interviews, user stories) to ensure we build the right BI solution.

• You help build interactive dashboards and reports that customers use daily to monitor their business.

• You test and refine reports (data quality, logic, usability) and ensure everything is correct before delivery.

• You guide end users by giving short demos, answering questions and helping teams get more value from their data.

• You create clear documentation and assist with training so customers can work independently with their reporting.

Are you the NORRIQ Star we're looking for?

• You have a master’s degree in an economic, technological or analytical field.

• You have initial experience or a strong interest in data analysis, reporting or Business Intelligence.

• You are analytical and structured, and enjoy understanding data and processes in depth.

• You have a strong interest in how businesses operate and how data can help them perform better.

• You are curious about tools such as Power BI, Azure, Fabric or other Microsoft technologies.

• You enjoy working in a project-based environment, take initiative and want to make a real impact for customers.

• You communicate fluently in Dutch and have a professional level of English. Knowledge of French is a plus.
