Start your career in banking with a role in the Front Office (retail) at major Tier 1 banks,where you’ll combine sales flair with real customer impact. • Turhout / Geel

Your key responsibilities:

During your assignment:

You will

• Handle daily customer appointments and front-desk reception, providing support for everyday banking questions (including app/digital banking).

• Identify customer needs and advise/close tailored solutions: insurance, investments, loans, accounts (current/savings) and credit cards.

• Proactively generate business by calling leads and spotting commercial opportunities, ideally via digital channels.

• Process and follow up administrative/customer files (e.g., inheritance cases, insurance, credit applications, onboarding) and refer customers to specialized colleagues when needed.

• Contribute to team performance by joining office check-ins on results, attending campaign meetings, and completing occasional training to ensure high customer satisfaction. You will play a crucial role in growing our expertise team and contributing significantly to NORRIQ’s success.

Our Banking Consultants:

• Have a Master’s degree or assimilated.

• Have experience or show strong interest in the finance/banking industry.

• Preferably have some experience in a sales or commercial environment.

• Have analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Can work independently and in a team environment.

• Are native in Dutch and have a strong knowledge of French.

• Are proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and other business analysis tools.
