What will you do?

• Support our customers from start to go live
• Analyse business processes from prospects and clients and translate them into efficient solutions.
• Create functional analyses and perform fit-gap assessments to compare the current and desired systems.
• Set up the CRM system both technically and functionally, and guide the customer throughout the implementation.
• Participate in testing, train end users, and provide on-site support when questions or issues arise.
• Give clear and convincing product demos during the sales process.
• Contribute to process optimisations and build long-term client relationships.

Who are we looking for?

You have what it takes to genuinely help organisations move forward, thanks to your mix of technical insight and strong communication skills.

Knowledge & experience:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree (or equivalent through experience).
• At least 2 years of experience with a CRM system. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE or the Power Platform is a plus.
• Knowledge of CRM processes, including marketing, sales, or field service.

Languages:

• You are fluent in Dutch and English. French is a plus.

Personality:

• You communicate easily at different levels.
• You have an analytical mindset and are solution-oriented.
• You enjoy working in a team, but you can also act independently.
• You’re curious, energetic, and appreciate a no-nonsense culture.
