Your key responsibilities

• You understand customer needs and can translate them into functional solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform.
• You ensure timely delivery of projects in cooperation with the Project Manager.
• You perform testing where necessary and monitor the quality of the solution together with the customer.
• You take care of the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM at our customers, also using the Power Platform.

Skills for success

• You are driven to solve problems and take ownership where necessary.
• You have at least a first experience with project implementations within Microsoft Dynamics CE or the Power Platform.
• You have knowledge of the various business processes. Knowledge of Field Service is a plus.
• You communicate fluently in Dutch and English.
