Do you recognize yourself in the following description?
- You support our customers in their daily operations by analyzing finance-related ERP questions and issues, and quickly proposing an appropriate plan of action. Think, for example, of VAT processes that are not running correctly, invoicing errors, or questions regarding inventory valuations and open items.
- You provide training to end users (internal and external) and support both customers and colleagues with advice and assistance around Business Central and NAV, ensuring everyone can work efficiently and smoothly with the systems.
- You test new releases of Business Central and coordinate with the customer on implementing updates, ensuring their environment remains up-to-date and stable.
You work closely with functional and technical colleagues to arrive at practical solutions, whether that involves correcting a posting, adjusting a workflow, or fine-tuning a report. - You bring structure and clarity to complex support questions by thoroughly analyzing the root cause and guiding the customer step by step toward the solution.
- You prioritize in a support environment and strike the right balance between quick interventions and sustainable solutions, so that customers can rely on you for their daily operations.
Which skills do you already master?
- You have a thorough understanding of financial processes such as VAT handling, invoicing, general ledger administration, and reporting, gained through education or work experience.
- You have experience supporting Dynamics 365 Business Central, preferably with a focus on finance. This could be from a support or consultancy role, or as a key user who worked daily with BC and knows the finance module inside out.
- You are fluent in Dutch and have a professional command of English. Basic knowledge of French is a plus.
- You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a finance-related field (e.g., accounting & taxation, business management, economics) or have equivalent experience in a finance role.
