As a Manufacturing Consultant, you’ll have the opportunity to combine your background in production, supply chain, or logistics with your passion for digital transformation. Do you see yourself in the following description?

• You’ll engage with customers in manufacturing and logistics environments to map their processes from end to end: from inventory management, production planning, and bills of materials to production orders and quality control. You’ll analyze where improvements can be made.
• You’ll configure the ERP solution to perfectly match the customer’s needs, for example by automating production flows, setting up planning modules, and connecting with warehouse or logistics systems.
• You will guide migrations from existing systems and ensure that data such as inventory levels, production orders and item structures is transferred accurately and completely.
• You’ll test and validate the solution together with the customer, making sure everything runs smoothly and is ready for go-live.
• You’ll deliver training and workshops for key users and end users, enabling them to confidently work with the new ERP solution on their own.
• You’ll act as the bridge between business and IT, working closely with your technical colleagues and ensuring that the solution always contributes to a more efficient manufacturing or logistics process.

What skills do you already have?

• You have 1 - 3 years of experience in a manufacturing, supply chain or logistics environment and are familiar with the daily challenges of planning, inventory management, production flows and process optimization.
• You already have some first-hand experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or another ERP platform and you want to deepen your expertise.
• A growth mindset and natural curiosity are qualities that describe you well. With technology evolving at a rapid pace, lifelong learning is important to you.
• You are eager to explore IT and digitalization and want to build your career in ERP consultancy.
• You communicate with ease and are able to explain complex manufacturing or logistics processes clearly and convincingly to customers.
• You are fluent in Dutch and English. Basic knowledge of French is considered an asset.
• You are analytical, customer focused and results driven. You set priorities, take ownership and actively look for solutions until the customer is truly supported.
