Your key responsibilities:

As Quality Consultant, you will be the cornerstone of our success in implementing MS Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. You will work closely with Solution Architects, Project Managers, Functional and Technical Consultants to ensure that our implementations meet the highest quality standards. With your expertise, you will make our CRM solutions not only better, but also inspiring for our customers.

• Quality Analysis: Perform detailed analysis to understand customer needs and ensure that our solutions are seamless to them.
• Test plan development: Design and implement test plans to validate the functionality and performance of our CRM solutions.
• Quality control: in function of the requested solution, test the CRM module.
• Process optimisation: Identify and implement improvements in our implementation processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Risk management: Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks during the implementation process.
• Stakeholder communication: Effectively communicate with all stakeholders on project progress and quality.

Keys to succes:

• Experience with CRM implementations: At least initial experience in testing and implementing CRM systems, preferably MS Dynamics 365.
• Analytical skills: You are able to analyze complex systems and gain crucial insights that improve quality.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
• Team player: You enjoy working together in a team and sharing knowledge to achieve common goals.
