Our goal? To help you shine as a Functional CRM Consultant. That is why we guide you toward an official Microsoft certification, giving you a strong foundation to kick-start your career.

Where will you make an impact?

• You support new and existing customers in digitizing business processes, with a focus on sales, customer service, and field service.

• You analyze processes and business needs and translate them into clear solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform.

• You collaborate closely with the development and project teams to design and deliver solutions.

• You help configure solutions and support testing. This ensures everything works correctly, meets customer expectations, and is ready for Go-Live.

• You deliver training sessions and workshops for key users and end users so they can work independently with the system.

• You set priorities, take ownership, and contribute to customer satisfaction and high-quality project delivery.

Are you the NORRIQ Star we're looking for?

• You hold a Master’s degree in an economic field (Business Engineering, Applied Economics, or Business Administration). If you are in your final year, you can also apply.

• You have a first work experience or a relevant internship and want to apply this knowledge in software implementations.

• You are eager to deepen your expertise in CRM and digitalization within a consultancy environment.

• You communicate clearly, work in a structured way, and enjoy taking responsibility.

• You speak Dutch and have a professional knowledge of English. Knowledge of French is a plus.

• An affinity with CRM systems (such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE or another CRM platform) is a plus but not required.
