Technical Consultant CRM
Do you want to help build Microsoft solutions that truly make a difference for businesses?
At NORRIQ, we believe that technology only becomes valuable when it helps customers move forward. That’s why we’re looking for a Technical CRM Consultant who can bridge the gap between business and IT and take ownership of delivering smart and high-performing CRM solutions.
In this role, you will work closely with developers, architects, product owners and project managers within our project teams. You will translate business needs and technical requirements into scalable solutions, carry out configurations and development, and actively contribute to improvements and innovations. Thanks to your contribution, we can deliver Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions that make a real impact.
Your responsibilities
- Translate business and technical requirements into smart, high-performing Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
- Make adjustments in Dynamics 365 CE / Dataverse at table and field level.
- Develop and maintain plugins with C# and the Dynamics SDK: analyse, resolve and optimise issues.
- Apply TypeScript logic: show/hide fields, set mandatory fields, define default values, etc.
- Write Azure Functions and Azure Durable Functions that integrate with Dynamics 365 CE and often use external SDKs via REST.
- Develop standalone applications that connect Dynamics 365 CE with third-party systems via REST.
- Work with Azure DevOps: write or adjust YAML pipelines for build & deploy.
- Build and adapt PCF controls (client-side controls based on React).
- Execute configurations and build extensions using Power Apps, Power Automate and Power Pages.
- Contribute to innovative projects with Azure and Copilot integrations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify user stories, set priorities and keep the backlog up to date.
- Perform independent functional and technical testing and ensure solution quality.
Your profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent through experience.
- Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and/or the Power Platform (PowerApps, Model-Driven Apps, Dataverse).
- Solid knowledge of C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, and experience with Azure and DevOps.
- Experience with plugin development, pipelines, REST integrations and PCF controls.
- Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail and quality.
- Able to communicate effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Languages: good knowledge of Dutch and English.
Soft skills that make the difference
- Can-do attitude – you look for solutions and don’t shy away from challenges.
- Team player – you support colleagues and know when to ask for help yourself.
- Ownership – you take responsibility for your code and tasks, without losing sight of collaboration.
- Autonomy – you can work independently once it’s clear what needs to be done, while still aligning where necessary.
What can you expect at NORRIQ?
- An attractive salary with additional benefits (company car, insurances, meal vouchers, bonus, net allowances…).
- A flexible hybrid workplace – work from home, at one of our offices (Waregem, Tremelo, Lummen, …) or on-site at the client.
- Tailor-made training and coaching programmes to support your professional development.
- Challenging and innovative projects at diverse clients.
- A growing, financially healthy and international organisation focused on Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.
- And of course: great colleagues, fun events and a work-hard-play-hard culture where having fun is just as important as achieving results.
