We are looking for an experienced project manager familiar with CRM and software implementations.

NORRIQ assists its customers with digital transformations and provides advice and software implementation services. We focus on bringing our customers on the Microsoft platform in the Cloud to completely de-risk the IT environment and digitize the business processes.

Our pool of more than 90 consultants has impressive expertise and a solid track record with implementations of Microsoft solutions such as Business Central and the full Dynamics 365 suite.

As a CRM Project Manager at NORRIQ, you are responsible for the implementation of CRM software projects for our customers, and for managing your project team and customers towards a successful CRM implementation.

Your key responsibilities

• You understand customer needs, build trust, and match the skills of the NORRIQ team.
• You can organize your schedule and that of the team and take responsibility to get the job done.
• You are the point of contact for our customers, and you can translate expectations into a project plan with clear objectives, scope, budget, and time.
• You manage change requests, and anticipate, and resolve project problems.
• You monitor project deliverables and profitability.

Skills for success

• You are an organizational talent with 5 - 10 years of experience in CRM and software project implementation in a consulting environment.
• You have hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE implementations. Knowledge of other Microsoft technologies is a plus.
• You have experience with budgeting and resource allocation procedures.
• You are proactive, solution-oriented, and have a commercial mindset. Next to that, you are an excellent communicator.
• You have good language skills with professional knowledge of Dutch and English.
• Specific project management certifications are a plus.
