Sales Manager WEST

Your key responsibilities
- You proactively explore the market in East and West Flanders, the products, and competition within your region; you identify prospects to expand your client portfolio and ensure that you are 'top of mind' with them. You can rely on your contacts within your extensive network.
- You identify high-quality business opportunities with prospects and existing customers. You advise them with expertise and commercial flair and aim for long-term customer relations.
- You manage the entire sales process. You maintain control in the area of project identification and preparing quotations for both new customers and extensions of existing customers. For this, you are assisted internally by our business and IT experts.
- You bring contract negotiations to a positive conclusion.
- You report to the Managing Director with whom you maintain short lines of communication. This allows you to switch quickly in the follow-up of your prospects, customers, and sales projects.
Skills for success
- Sales and digitalization of business processes are your passion. Your customer and his digital transformation are always central to you.
- You are a connector and know how to build lasting relationships with your prospects, customers and internal stakeholders.
- You have an infectious drive, know how to create trust and win customers over with your unremitting powers of persuasion. You go for results without losing sight of quality.
- You have a master's degree in economics or equivalent through relevant experience and several years' experience in a similar sales role. Experience in selling one or more ERP systems and knowledge of or experience with Microsoft Dynamics are important assets.
- You speak perfect Dutch and English, knowledge of French is a plus.
