Sales Manager - New Business Deveopment

At NORRIQ, we are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager with a pure hunter mindset to accelerate our Microsoft Dynamics and ERP growth in the Limburg, Vlaams Brabant and Antwerp region. You thrive on building a market. You open doors at CFO and CEO level. You don’t manage accounts, you win them.
Your mission is clear: generate new logos, build a strong pipeline, and close strategic ERP and digital transformation deals.
Your role
As our regional new business sales manager, you will:
Identify and approach mid-sized and enterprise organizations ready for ERP transformation
Prospect proactively through networking, events, cold outreach and referrals
Engage decision-makers (CFO, COO, CEO, IT Director) in strategic conversations
Position Microsoft Dynamics 365 and NORRIQ’s expertise as a business enabler
Lead the full sales cycle: from first contact to contract signature
Work closely with pre-sales and solution consultants to shape winning proposals
Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets
You report directly to our managing directors, maintaining short communication lines to quickly follow up on prospects, clients, and sales projects.
Your Profile
Approximately 10+ years of B2B solution selling experience (ERP, IT services, SaaS or consultancy)
Proven track record in new business acquisition
Strong commercial instinct and closing skills
Comfortable selling complex, high-value solutions
Entrepreneurial, autonomous and performance-driven
Strong network in Limburg and/or Antwerp is a plus
