In September 2025, we are launching our NORRIQ Talent Academy once again—a fascinating and interactive training program for ambitious young potentials. During this program, we immerse you in Microsoft tools, projects, and our NORRIQ best practices through workshops and hands-on training.

Our goal? To help you shine as a Functional Analyst! That’s why we also guide you towards an official Microsoft certification, providing you with a strong foundation to kick-start your career.

Do recognize yourself in the description below? 

  • You will support new and existing customers by automating and digitizing their business processes through thorough analysis.
  • You will collaborate with the development team to devise effective solutions.
  • Additionally, you will assist the project team with testing, configuration, and training end-users.
  • You will prioritize tasks, take responsibility, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • You can bring structure to help customers with high-quality support.


Requirements:

  • You are finishing or have Master's degree in Business & Economics.
  • You are familiar with the different business flows such as finance, supply chain, production, sales and marketing.
  • You speak Dutch and are fluent in English. 
  • Affinity or basic knowledge of ERP, CRM, and software implementations is a big plus.
